Summary: We needed a handicapped accessible room, and we were given one on the first floor, which was great. As soon as we got in our room, we noticed the noise coming from the next room. We thought it was fans, as they had removed fans from our room. The sound never quit, so in early evening, we asked if whatever was making the sound could be turned off so that we could sleep better. The person from the desk came down, and we found out that the sound was coming from a mechanical room next to ours. What ever it was that was making the noise - compressor or something, could not be turned off. She said that she couldn't give us another room, as they were all being used. I think that we should have been offered a refund, or we should have been offered a quiet room in one of the other hotels in the area. We have had a good experience at other Holiday Inn Express hotels, but this was very disappointing due to the constant noise.

Summary: Our family booked this location based on the pool amd water slide. We were not informed at check-in the pool was closed for renovations. We were in town for a baseball tournament and wanted to enjoy the pool between games. Had we been told prior to checking in we would have looked for another cheaper option.

Summary: It was ok but they were remodling so there pool and hot tub was closed which really sucked.

Summary: Room wasn’t ready at check in and the pool was closed and we didn’t have notice given that all of the amenities excepted, were not available during the time of our stay. Staff were still working on cleaning rooms when we entered.

Summary: Book a room here because I was expecting the swimming pool to be opened but it was under construction. Did not like it was not posted on the site I booked in.

Summary: The pool was closed for maintenance and we were not informed ahead of time nor offered somewhere else to go to make up for it. We picked this hotel for the specific reason of the pool.
